Molecular Sieve

Molecular sieve is a kind of crystallized aluminosilicate .Owing to its even pore diameter and high specific surface areas, it has many excellent features:
1, selective adsorption.
2,The bigger the polarity .the higher unsaturated ratio,the stronger selective adsorption.
3, Strong property of water absorption .

Molecular sieves used for adsorption of water from air and liquids, as water molecules are both polar and very small. Molecular sieves will adsorb water molecules and other contaminants from liquids and gases down to very low levels - often just 1 part per million. The regeneration gases which are in common use are nitrogen, air, hydrogen and alkane. The regeneration gases quantity is 0.2-1.2m3/h.kg or so, then heated to 200°C--350°C, the outlet temperature is 150°C or so, continuously heated for 3--4 hours, then put into the regeneration dry cool gases to cool to room temperature.

1. 3A molecular sieve is mainly applied to absorb water molecular in drying natural gas and oil gases, especially in drying Catalystic Splitting Decomposition Oil gases and Alkene. So it is usually used as fine drying agent in medicine, food, glass industry etc.

2. 4A molecular sieve is mainly used to make static dehydration in airtight gas or liquid system, it can remove the moleculars of ethyl alcohol, hydrogen sulphide, carbon dioxide, ethylene, acrylica, and also dry the alkane.

3. 5A molecular sieve is mainly applied to separate isomerism alkane. Meanwhile, it can also absorb the moleculars which can pass through in 3A and 4A molecular sieve and whose diameters are less than five angstrom. Especially the result is very evident in the changing pressure absorption system.

4. 13X molecualr sieve can absorb the moleculars which can pass through in 3A,4A and 5A molecular sieve and whose critical diameters are very large, such as hydrocarbon and isomerism alkane separation

Application :

Attention:

To avoid damp and pre-adsorption of organic before running, or must to be reactivated.
